Our premium villas—#27 and #33 —are decorated in a modern Caribbean style, inspired by the lush Dominican hillside views visible through large windows. Standard villas feature designer furnishings with unique touches of modernity, blending chrome and rich cherry wood accents.
Each villa includes a private swimming pool—some with water features—a shaded terrace, veranda, full kitchen, and en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable television, and some even include elevators.
What’s Included
Your villa includes transportation to and from the airport, daily maid service, daily pool service, daily private chef for breakfast (or two buffet breakfasts or waffle restaurant); free wi-fi; guaranteed golf cart; all-inclusive restaurants (from buffet to fine dining) and bars; cookout at the villa (one night); daily bottle service at the villa (beer, wine, soda, juice, ice); nightly entertainment at the resort, VIP benefits, beaches and pools in addition to your private pool, free passes to Ocean World, and more. If unforeseen circumstances should arise that a five or six bedroom villa is not available at the time of check-in then two three-bedroom villas will be given to the guest at no extra cost.

Note: If the drink you have selected is not available in our Vineyard, we will offer a substitute. The number of drinks provided will be based on the number in your group. Water, beer and soda will be stocked daily. Please keep in mind that we currently stock the above beverages, but this list is subject to change without notice. We will provide an allotted amount of drinks for the duration of your stay with us.

Check-in:
- Check-in time for all accommodations is 3 PM.
- If you are required to meet with customer service prior to check-in, you must do so no later than 5 PM on the day of arrival. Should you arrive to the resort after 5 PM, you will only be able to check-in by paying the current walk-in rate for the first night and will be issued non VIP bands. In order to check-in under your VIP reservation you must meet with customer service no later than 11 AM the following day.
- All arrivals after 12 AM midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal.
- Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present.
- Photo identification of each traveler is required in order to check-in.
Check-out:
- The check out for all accommodations is 11:30 AM.
- All bands and room keys must be returned to reception at that time in exchange for a check-out ticket which allows use of the resort facilities until 3 pm.
- For late check-out, you must inquire with the reception at the time of check-in. Requests for late check-out in the room must be made directly to hotel reception and are based upon availability.
- For those to wish to stay on resort premises after 3:00 pm, this can be done until 6 pm for an additional cost per person per hour, payable to hotel reception.
