- Villa fee is due to secure your reservation.
- All-inclusive fee is due 60-days prior to check in.
- Five day minimum stay.
- If unforeseen circumstances should arise that a five or six bedroom villa is not available at the time of check-in then two three-bedroom villas will be given to the guest at no extra cost.
