Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • In the event of any cancellation, USD$200.00 will be retained. 
  • If you cancel with more than three months notice a full refund will be given minus the booking fee mentioned above. 
  • If you cancel between 3 months and 30 days prior to arrival you will receive 50% of your amount paid minus the booking fee mentioned above. 
  • Cancellation within one month no refund of the deposit, but all-inclusive fees are fully refundable.

Check In & Out

Check-in:

  • Check-in time for all accommodations is 3 PM.
  • If you are required to meet with customer service prior to check-in, you must do so no later than 5 PM on the day of arrival. Should you arrive to the resort after 5 PM, you will only be able to check-in by paying the current walk-in rate for the first night and will be issued non VIP bands. In order to check-in under your VIP reservation you must meet with customer service no later than 11 AM the following day.
  • All arrivals after 12 AM midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal.
  • Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present.
  • Photo identification of each traveler is required in order to check-in.

Check-out:

  • The check out for all accommodations is 11:30 AM.
  • All bands and room keys must be returned to reception at that time in exchange for a check-out ticket which allows use of the resort facilities until 3 pm.
  • For late check-out, you must inquire with the reception at the time of check-in. Requests for late check-out in the room must be made directly to hotel reception and are based upon availability.
  • For those to wish to stay on resort premises after 3:00 pm, this can be done until 6 pm for an additional cost per person per hour, payable to hotel reception.
